High-wear zones get a double layer of HyproTex for added durability where it counts most, and the whole pant is PFAS-free, so you're not trading environmental accountability for performance.

What sets these apart from a generic waterproof pant is the Paddler's Cut, which accounts for the seated position you're actually in on the water. The longer crotch and articulated knees mean you're not fighting your gear every time you take a stroke or shift your weight.
